Founded by Mark Avila, Northern Closure Construction is dedicated to addressing a challenge that’s grown across our region: a lack of single-family housing. While rental units and multifamily developments have surged, we’re focused on giving buyers something they’re not seeing enough of—well-built, stick-built homes in communities they want to live in.
We provide custom stick built homes. We believe in traditional craftsmanship, practical design, and lasting value. Every home is thoughtfully planned and built with long-term living in mind.
We build to increase inventory. We build to give buyers a real choice. And we build to strengthen neighborhoods across Maine.
